New Visibility

The eye-catching rear LED Daytime Running Lights give your car greater visibility and recognition on the road. The striking design is a signature feature of the new Kia Ceed models. At the front, the full LED headlamps with their imposing 'ice cube' LED Daytime Running Lights and High Beam Assist (HBA) also make a bold statement: The new Kia Ceed is here to be seen.

Refined and Intuitive Interior

In the new Kia Ceed everything is designed around the driver. The seamless horizontal layout of the instrument panel creates a roomy atmosphere. Stylish interior options include black cloth in the K2, cloth and artificial leather in the K3, two -tone in the K4, or, for the most refined finish, full black leather in the K5. Style and technology are perfectly combined in the K2 and K3 with the 7" screen while the K4 and K5 have an 8” touchscreen with navigation system. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility come as standard.

Dynamic Engines

Choose from a dynamic selection of powerful petrol and efficient diesel engines ranging from 120 to 140 PS. All engines comply with the latest Euro 6d TEMP emissions standard. While gasoline particle filters (GPF) are standard on all turbo charged petrol engines, diesel models are fitted with an advanced selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system.

Agile Transmission

Choose a smooth 6-speed manual transmission or Kia’s 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) with even more agile changing and efficiency. The DCT is available on the 1.4 Petrol models only. Tailor your driving experience with the Drive Mode Select (DMS)1 option: Normal mode reduces effort and consumption while Sport mode enhances performance and response. Steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters give you ultimate performance and control.

Responsive Handling

Enjoy the confidence of tighter body control under cornering and stability at higher speeds. The independent suspension system gives you agile handling responses, revised spring and damper rates and a fast steering rack. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres perfectly complement the new Kia Ceed's sporty handling.

Easy Parking

Parallel, angled or perpendicular – all are easy with the new Ceed.The rear view camera shows dynamic guidelines on the touchscreen, guiding you into place, while the parking distance warning will alert you of any danger.

Driver Comfort

In the K5, on cold days, seats in the front and rear heat up quickly, so you keep warm. On hot ones, stay cool in the ventilated front seats. An Integrated Memory System always knows your favourite driver seat settings. The new Kia Ceed features a heated steering wheel, while hidden heating wires in the windscreen help de-ice the screen in seconds.

Smart Key Controls

In the K5, the Smart Key lets you open the door and start the car with a simple touch of a button. No need to search for your key in your bag or pockets. Remote Window Control is handy if you forget to close the car windows: just press and hold the lock button on the Smart Key and the windows roll up.

Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS)

Don't worry about drifting from your lane. The Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS) on your new Kia Ceed goes great lengths to keep you there. Using a camera mounted at the top of the windscreen, it monitors lane markings, alerting you if the car unintentionally strays out of the lane. It even steers you back into the lane, if necessary.

Driver Attention Warning (DAW)

The Driver Attention Warning (DAW) system detects if you’re losing concentration by monitoring the pattern of the steering wheel, turn signal, acceleration and overall duration of the journey. If you seem drowsy or inattentive, it alerts you visually and audibly.
