Brake fluid readily absorbs moisture from the air, which means in time it will become over saturated and start to break down. This can rust and corrosion in your brake lines, which could lead to your brakes failing. Exchanging old brake fluid with new, high-quality brake fluid helps replenish and protect the components of your braking system.

Most manufacturers recommend that you change your brake fluid every 24 months.
